Community Guidelines

We are uniting a world hockey community on the our with you own bench. Here people want to write, read, watch and talk about hockey. And Benchrates is committed to provide these people and you comfort and enjoying. Our Community Guidelines establish a set of norms to perform these purposes.

We will delete any content that does not relate to hockey or hockey people. We will delete any content – including posts, images, comments, links or other – if it violates our Community Guidelines. We will temporarily or permanently block accounts that are involved in severe or repeated violations. We may also consider actions on other platforms or offline. Circumstances that involve an instance of a threat of real-world harm to human life that is specific, credible, and imminent may be reported to law enforcement authorities. You may get an access to our Platform only if you are 18 and older, another cases any accounts will be blocked.

• Minor safety

  Our users must meet the minimum age requirements to use Benchrates, according to our Terms of Service. If we are identified underage account we block it.

  We prohibit activities that perpetuate the abuse, harm, endangerment, or exploitation of minors on the Benchrates. Any content that displays abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors is a violation on our Platform and will be blocked when detected.

  Also we prohibit a following actions in any form.

  Do not post, upload, download or share:

  • Any content related to sexual exploitation of minors or Child Sexual Abuse Material
  • Any content related to grooming behavior or contacts with a minors
  • Any content related to nudity and sexual activity involving minors
  • Any content related to harmful activities by minors, such as illegal activities in any of its manifestations
  • Any content related to physical and psychological harm of minors

  We prohibit users who have been convicted of crimes against children to have an account on our Platform. If we identify such users, we block that account.

• Dangerous actions

  • Any content that may lead to serious injury or death
  • Any content that violate our Community Guidelines
  • Any content displaying actions without the necessary skills and safety precautions

• Suicide and self-harm

  • Any content displaying activities that could lead to suicide, self-harm
  • Any content displaying instructions for suicide and self-harm or calls for suicide and self-harm
  • Any content related to alarming or panic thoughts

• Adult sexual and nudity content

  • Any content displaying nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit view
  • Any content related to sexual exploitation in any of its manifestations
  • Any content related to sexual activity

• Bullying and harassment

  • Any content related to sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual behavior
  • Any content related to threats or degrading statements intended to mock, humiliate, embarrass, intimidate, or hurt an individual
  • Any content related to threats of hacking, doxxing, and blackmail in any of its manifestations

• Hate

  • hate speech
  • hateful behavior
  • hate based on Immigration status
  • hate based on Ethnicity
  • hate based on Health status
  • hate based on National origin
  • hate based on Gender
  • hate based on Sexual orientation

  • any slurs
  • hateful ideology in any of its manifestations

• Violence and extremism

  • Any content related to threaten or incite violence
  • Any content related to etextremist organizations individuals or actions
  • Any content related to threats to public safety
  • Any content related to physical injuries
  • Any content related to instructions on how to make or use weapons
  • Any content related to organized hate groups
  • Any content related to criminal organizations
  • Any content related to terrorist organizations
  • Any content related to violent crimes (homicide, rape, robbery, assault, trafficking (for example, human, organ, drug, weapons), kidnapping, financial crimes (for example, extortion, blackmail, fraud, money laundering), cybercrime.)

• Spam, fake engagement, impersonation, misleading information

  • Any content related to artificially inflate popularity
  • Any content related to spam messages (including operate multiple Benchrates accounts)
  • Any content related to fake accounts and fake engagement
  • Any content related to misleading information (using someone else's name, biography or profile photo)
  • Any inaccurate or false content (Misinformation)

• Illegal activities and goods

  • Any content related to human exploitation
  • Any content related to criminal activities
  • Any content related to acts of physical harm, such as assault or kidnapping
  • Any content related to risks the safety of others
  • Any content related to vandalism or damage to property
  • Any content related to poaching or illegal trade of wild animals
  • Any content related to instructions on how to make criminal activities
  • Any content related to weapons
  • Any content related to drugs
  • Any content related to ontrolled substances
  • Any content related to frauds and scams in any of its manifestations
  • Any content related to personal data of other people

• Other violent content

  • Any content related to physical violence, fighting or torture
  • Any content related to slaughter or other non-natural death of animals

• Copyright

  Do not post, upload, download or share:

  • Any content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights (with the exception of derivative works with a new context)
  • Any content that infringes someone else's trademarks

• Security

  We care about safety and security personal data and other information of our users, partners and employees also about safety and security our products and Platform.

  So, you haven't to:

  • allow access to any part of the Platform using unauthorized methods
  • create files, content or messages that contain viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other methods that may be harmful to the Platform
  • use scripts or software that may get you a access to Benchrates non-public data or users accounts
  • use accounts to distribute spam, phishing, or smishing content in an attempt to perpetrate cybercrime or gain unauthorized access to others content, accounts, systems or data
  • modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative products based on the Benchrates, including any files, tables or documentation, or attempt to generate any source code, algorithms or methods, used in Benchrates.
  • provide access to your account to third-party

We are glad that you have become an important part of the Benchrates community and hope that you have fun on our common bench of the world hockey. Please, follow our Community Guidelines otherwise, we will have to act according to the conditions described above.
